Carlos has 10 years' experience in M&A and Corporate Finance having worked extensively in the Latin America, UK and Europe. Carlos joined Goldenhill in 2008 originally working in the London office. He has since relocated back to Buenos Aires and has established our Latin American office as of the beginning of 2011.

Prior to joining Goldenhill, Carlos worked in a London-based M&A Advisory firm focused in the Human Capital sector. He has originated and executed cross-border transactions between Latin America and Europe both on the sell side and on the buy side.

Carlos holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Catolica Argentina and an MBA with a major in international finance from MIP Politecnico di Milano in Italy. Prior to his work with M&A Advisory firms, he also worked in Corporate Finance and M&A functions for several companies including Deloitte, IBM and Ford.

Carlos is fluent in Spanish, Italian and English.
