Chris has 20 years experience in the Financial Technology ("FinTech") sector including a focus on FinTech M&A projects during the last 12 years. His experience has included responsibility for a series of acquisitions, divestitures and investments across a broad range of FinTech segments as well as the conception and development of a number of successful Financial Services focused software product offerings.

Prior to joining Goldenhill, he was a director of COR Financial Solutions Ltd where he had responsibility for business and corporate development at this fast growing software company servicing the asset management & banking sectors. During that time the company made multiple acquisitions and divestitures.

Chris holds an MBA and has served as a non-executive director on the boards of a number of companies during his career. He has also worked at Thomson Financial, Primark Investment Management Services and Datastream.
