We normally represent Clients in the UK, USA, Europe or Latin America who wish to acquire technology or business services companies worldwide and we predominantly work for public companies and aggressive and ambitious private companies. These are the companies which have concluded that acquiring appropriate businesses can be an efficient route to complement their organic growth strategies. Our function is that of a trusted advisor to our Clients throughout the buy process until the transaction is completed. In a number of cases we function as the de facto M&A department for our clients assisting them in making multiple acquisitions over time.

We utilize our strong research capability together with our knowledge, contacts to identify and contact as many appropriate acquisition targets as possible. It is important to us that we thoroughly understand the business strategy, objectives and acquisition criteria of our "Buy Mandates" prior to starting the project. We keep the Buy process confidential so as to protect the company and its market position, and we are very careful about the release of information about our Clients to potential sellers ensuring first communications provide minimal information and then additional information is released only after further qualification and under a non-disclosure agreement.

Our approach is to assist our "Buy Mandate" clients in helping them identify, evaluate and purchase medium and smaller size companies typically in the £3-25 or $5-50 million value range. We can provide advice and guidance in terms of optimum acquisition targets, evaluation, negotiation and business strategy, the due diligence process and also in post-acquisition integration planning.

We are experienced in the subtleties of the acquisition process from finding and approaching prospective sellers through final implementation of the deal.
