October 4, 2016 - Goldenhill International M&A Advisors today announced that it acted as M&A advisor to Trucost Plc ("Trucost") in the sale of a controlling stake in the company to S&P Dow Jones Indices ('S&P DJI') through its subsidiary S&P Global Indices UK Limited.
