Goldenhill becomes latest sponsor for
Megabuyte Forum
Leading tech sector M&A boutique becomes the latest advisory firm to team up with Megabuyte Forum to help to develop its business in the technology sector

LONDON - October 22, 2010 - Goldenhill is delighted to announce that it has become a sponsor of the Megabuyte Forum, the networking group for senior directors of UK based technology companies. Goldenhill expands the list of sponsors, including Finncap, Taylor Wessing and College Hill, who are deriving tangible business benefit from their involvement in Megabuyte Forum.

As well as a broad co-operation in the technology sector, Goldenhill's involvement in the Forum will focus on supporting our research and events programme in Infrastructure Services and Mobile Services. Our first project together will be a review of the UK Infrastructure Services space with a specific emphasis on Managed Services which will culminate in a CEO roundtable dinner in late November.

Ian Spence, founder of I S Research, commented:

"Over the last 12 months, The Megabuyte Forum has developed from an idea into what we believe is rapidly becoming the leading networking group focussed specifically on the UK technology. The Forum now has over 400 members, over 25% of whom have attended one of the eight events we have organised so far this year. As we look forward to our second year, we are excited about the programme of research and events which we believe will take the Forum to the next level.

I am personally delighted to have such a high quality firm as Goldenhill on board and we are very much looking forward to working with them to help to develop their business in a broader range of technology sector segments."

William Berrington, Partner at Goldenhill Technology Advisers added:

"We have watched the Megabuyte Forum develop rapidly over the last 12 months and generate real excitement in the technology sector. Goldenhill has developed an enviable track record in our chosen segments of the technology sector, including a strong practice in Financial Technology, and we believe that our involvement with the Megabuyte Forum will act as an accelerant as we look to replicate our success in new areas of the sector."
